THE FINAL LANDSCAPE
Our team is committed to enhancing our clients’ most important investment by exceeding their lawn service needs. The goal was to keep it spacious and low maintenance, while keeping the pool as the focal point. For this project we incorporated stone and woodchips to break up the flow from the concrete decking. New sod, and a Texas shaped decor stone was added to complete the project.

For this project, existing turf/grass was removed.

The client now has a comfortable and beautiful yard to enjoy.
We can also help replace your lawn, all sod, or all seed, or a combination of the two.
Proper drainage of your yard will also prove beneficial to the overall-health of your lawn and gardens.
THE CHALLENGES IN THE DESIGN
We added some French drains to this property/yard before grading and sodding most of the yard. Some areas we re-seeded existing areas to fill in bare patches and such.

THE CHALLENGES IN THE DESIGN
For this project, existing turf/grass was removed. The client selected the retaining wall brick to be used, and the work began. After laying the retaining wall, with steps to the upper back-yard area, 15 yards of topsoil were brought in to back-fill the wall.
After additional grading and drains were completed, 2500 sq. ft. of St. Augustine sod completed the project.
